Our Founder and President

Maurice Chavez is the founder of Champion Men’s Network, a movement devoted to raising strong, godly men who live with purpose, discipline, integrity, and spiritual authority. As a pastor, mentor, author, and speaker, Maurice is passionate about equipping men to grow in their walk with God, lead their families well, and stand firm in biblical manhood in a compromising culture. Through preaching, discipleship, books, and leadership development, he challenges men to break passivity, embrace responsibility, and become the men God has called them to be. His message is clear: real manhood is not found in pride, ego, or culture, but in surrender to Christ, obedience to God’s Word, and a life marked by strength and humility. Maurice’s heart is to see men healed, sharpened, and sent out to make a lasting impact in their homes, churches, and communities.

Who We Are

Champion Men’s Network exists to build strong, disciplined, God-centered men.

We are not a social club.
We are not motivational hype.
We are a brotherhood committed to inner transformation, outer discipline, and lifelong obedience to Christ.

Many men attend church.
Few men are intentionally discipled.

Champion Men’s Network was born out of that realization.

Where It Started

It started at a men’s camp in 2017. Our founder was sitting in the very back — resistant. If he’s honest, he felt ambushed into going. He didn’t want to be there. But in that moment, away from distraction and pride, God began doing a deep work in his heart.

What he thought would be an inconvenience became an encounter. During that camp, the Lord pressed something into him that he could not shake: Train and disciple men. Teach them what you wished someone would have taught you about being a man.

Not performance. Not image. Not ego. But identity. Discipline. Responsibility. Spiritual strength.That moment became the seed.

Years later, that seed grew into books like The Inner Man, The Outer Man, and The Godly Man. But the books were never the end goal — they were tools.

The vision was always bigger.

The vision was to build men from the inside out.

What We Do

We focus on three core layers:

Through online courses, mentorship calls, small groups, conferences, and practical tools, we create environments where men grow intentionally and sharpen one another.

We don’t teach men to be macho. We train men to be godly. There is a difference. Macho is loud. Godly is steady. Macho performs. Godly obeys. Macho demands respect.
Godly earns trust.

We train men to be aligned — internally and externally. In their mind. In their actions.
